This statement applies to Oneglobal Broking Holdings and subsidiary companies (“Oneglobal”) and is made pursuant to Section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 on behalf of Oneglobal for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.

Introduction

Oneglobal is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and work with parties in our supply chain which are equally committed. We adopt a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are dedicated to ensuring that our practices and policies reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business activities. This statement outlines the steps we are taking under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.

Our Business

Oneglobal is a global insurance broker operating in the London market, providing a wide range of insurance products and services to clients globally. Our business is structured into various segments, including marine, aviation, energy, property and casualty and reinsurance.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chain in the provision of insurance services include insurance companies and brokers. Additionally, we work with providers of other services necessary to run our business effectively, such as, payroll, and facilities management.

Policies and Procedures

We have implemented several policies and procedures to mitigate the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains, including:

  • Recruitment Practices: We ensure compliance with employment legislation regarding child employment and do not employ individuals who do not have the right to work in the UK.
  • Counterparty Due Diligence & Commercial Contracts & Outsource Management: We conduct thorough due diligence on our suppliers and business partners and have robust contracts in place to ensure they adhere to our standards regarding modern slavery.
  • Training: We provide training to our employees to raise awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking and to ensure they understand our policies and procedures.
  • Commercial Contract & Outsource management

Risk Assessment and Management

In the past financial year, we conducted risk assessment across our operations and key suppliers. We identified that while the risk is low in our core broking services, outsourced services such as cleaning and catering providers are higher risk.

A core clause stating compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2025 for both parties, has been developed for inclusion within our TOBAs and supplier contracts.

Reporting and Accountability

We encourage our employees and business partners to report any concerns related to modern slavery and human trafficking. We have established a confidential reporting mechanism to ensure that any concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately.

Training and Awareness

Basic awareness of Modern Slavery is provided at induction for Oneglobal employees, following which a regular update is provided via e-learning.

Additionally, we maintain a confidential whistleblowing procedure that is available to employees. All concerns are escalated to the Executive Director of Risk & Compliance.

Conclusion

Oneglobal is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms within its areas of control or influence. We will continue to review and improve our practices and policies to ensure we remain vigilant and proactive in addressing this important issue.
